FabTafel 


De FabTafel van 23 februari vindt plaats in CabFabLab in Den Haag. Daar is de afgelopen maanden veel gebeurd, en het is dus tijd om er weer eens een kijkje te gaan nemen.

15:00 – max 16:00 ‘ronde tafel’ met korte bespreking van onderwerpen die aanwezigen inbrengen. Er zijn wat mededelingen vanuit de Stichting, en er komt vanuit de Stichting een concreet voorstel rondom het in het netwerk delen van FabMoments, waar we graag feedback op horen.

16:00 – max 18:00 informele gesprekken onderling, onder genot van drankje en nootjes en twee officiële handelingen:

FabYearBook


Het FabYearBook 2011 is bijna klaar! Met inzendingen uit de VS, Japan, Zuid-Afrika, Nederland is het boek dikker en gevarieerder dan vorig jaar. De tweede editie wordt life geprint tijdens de FabTafel. Alex (FabLab Amsterdam) is nog even bezig met de lay-out, ik ben alle content nog aan het bundelen, en Steve Gallagher (FabLab network US) heeft een ontwerp gemaakt voor de kaft.

Op 23 februari printen we het eerste exemplaar en komt het FabYearBook 2011 als Instructable on-line.

De volgende FabTafels, na 23 februari zijn op 6 april, 18 mei, 29 juni, 10 augustus, 21 september, 2 november, 14 december 2011. Telkens vanaf 15:00 uur. FabTafels gaan altijd door, ongeacht het aantal deelnemers.

FabTable 


The next FabTable is taking place on February 23rd at CabFabLab in the Hague. A lot has happened there in the past few months, and it is high time to go and take a look.

15:00 – max 16:00 Round table conversation on topics participants put forward. There are a few announcements from the Dutch FabLab Foundation, and the Foundation will present a proposal for sharing FabMoments in the network, on which we’d like to hear your feedback.

16:00 – max 18:00 Informal conversations, with drinks and snacks provided, and two formal but festive moments:

FabYearBook


The FabYearBook 2011 is almost ready! With contributions from the US, Japan, South-Africa, and of course the Netherlands it will be bigger and more diverse than last year. The first copy of this second edition will be produced life during the FabTable. Alex (FabLab Amsterdam) is working on improving the lay-out and Ton (Foundation) is still gathering all the content together, while Steve Gallagher (US) has designed a nice front cover.

On February 23rd we’ll print the first copy and publish the FabYearBook 2011 as Instructable on-line.

The next FabTables, after February 23rd, will be on April 6th, May 18th, June 29th, August 10th, September 21st, November 2nd, and December 14th 2011. They always start at 15:00 and always take place, regardless of who comes.
